The spa is located on the Miramar Beach, next to the town centre. Completely renovated in 2002, the thalassotherapy centre developed an interesting concept of private lodges.

It is divided into 4 lodges each one with a different decoration and keeping a human scale for this spa which preserves your intimacy.

These lodges are personalized spaces which make it possible to provide more individual treatments. During your spa therapy, you will always be cared for in the same lodge in order to provide you a more customized service.

Biarritz Thalassotherapy

Biarritz - Accor Thalassa

The place : Biarritz enjoys an ideal location in the French Basque country next to the ocean and the mountains, near Spain. Surf and golf are the most practised sports there.

Separated from Anglet by the Headland of Saint Martin where stands the lighthouse over viewing the beach and the small fishing port, Biarritz will encourage you to relax and to forget your daily routine. Hotels and residences : Two 4 star hotels are available: one is attached to the spa and the other is not.

Sofitel Miramar Luxe
The Sofitel Miramar Hotel has 109 rooms and 17 suites. It was completely renovated in 2002. You will enjoy its clear natural tones with sand, honey and amber-like colours, and its large bay windows. It is directly attached to the spa centre.


Grand Hotel Mercure Regina & Golf
With its architecture in the French Second Empire style, this hotel displays 66 rooms. However it is near the spa, it is not directly attached to it.

Restaurants : Restaurant "Le Relais Miramar"
This restaurant will serve you an original traditional cuisine based on seafood and products of the country.

Restaurant "Les Pibales"
You will enjoy its low-fat meals if you are on a diet.

Restaurant "Le Jardin de l'Ocean"
Named in French The Ocean Garden, this restaurant serves gastronomic and dietetic regional menus including many seafood products.

Sports et leisures : There are definitely numerous activities in Biarritz.

The spa centre will give you free access to the outdoor seawater swimming pool, sauna, hammam, solarium, health sea course (Parcours Biomarin), gym and body-building devices.

As an extra : body care, face care, haircare, care for men, medical foot care, bike and surf 200 m away from the spa, golf, diving and fishing, tennis, horse riding, casino of Biarritz, cinemas, 4x4 safari.

To be visited: The sea museum and the chocolate museum.
